Engineering Studies

PCS offers conceptual engineering studies in all areas of power generation, transmission and distribution. We provide detailed engineering studies as well, utilizing computer software and engineering calculations to analyze system short circuits, device coordination, voltage drops, arc flash exposure and transient event analysis. Our personnel are very experienced in the analysis of relay event oscillography using various manufacturers’ software. We typically use ETAP, SKM, ASPEN and EMTP software to perform engineering studies.
